Phone numbers collected for SMS updates are used solely to send messages about your own booking — no promotional or marketing messages, and your number is never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Text STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for support.
We may share limited booking information with the technician assigned to your job, and with service providers we use to operate our business (such as our SMS and hosting providers), solely to deliver our services to you.
We retain booking records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, tax, and legal purposes.
