These Terms of Service govern your use of Mount It Right LLC's website and TV mounting services in the Phoenix, Arizona area ("we," "us," "our").
We provide TV mounting and related home installation services booked through our website. Pricing shown at booking is an estimate based on the information you provide; the final price is confirmed on-site if conditions differ from what was described.
Bookings made through our site are requests for service. We'll confirm your appointment window by SMS. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking, including if the address falls outside our service area.
If you opt in at booking, we send SMS messages related to your specific booking: confirmation, technician en-route notification with an estimated arrival window, and a link to your receipt after the job is completed. We send up to approximately 3 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS is not required to purchase our services — you can also reach us by phone.
Payment is due upon completion of the service, by the method agreed with your technician (cash or card). Prices quoted online may be adjusted on-site if the scope of work changes with your agreement.
We carry general liability insurance for our installation work. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to walls, electrical systems, or property unrelated to the installation itself.
